Yeebah Terms & Conditions
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.
1. Introduction
1.1 We are Yeebah Delivery W.L.L (CR 168592-1), registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain, having its office at Al HAJAR. Our main address is: Building No 719, Road No. 55 Block No. 463, Kingdom of Bahrain (hereinafter referred to as “Yeebah”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” “App”).
1.2 Yeebah is a customized mobile application designed to empower micro and home businesses in Bahrain. It provides them with a reliable and affordable delivery service platform, offering them easy access to a vast network of trusted freelance delivery drivers (“Services”). Yeebah provides the opportunity for the customer to choose the appropriate representative (“Driver“) to carry out the delivery process.
1.3 Yeebah will initially have two platforms:

2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which are deemed as an Agreement between the Parties involved, govern your usage of our website, www.yeebah.net and our mobile applications called Yeebah, and Yeebah Driver, and make you aware of your legal rights and duties with respect to your access to and use of the Platform. Together, the Website and the Apps are referred to as the "Platform”. Before using our Services, please carefully read these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services on the Platform, and we kindly ask you to uninstall the App.
2.2 By installing, downloading, browsing or using the Platform, you enter into a contractual agreement with Yeebah indicating your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy as posted on the Platform. These Terms may be amended from time to time and will be effective from the date of your download, installation, or use of the Platform. These Terms replace any previous agreements or arrangements with you. Yeebah reserves the right to immediately terminate these Terms for any reason, or to discontinue offering or deny access to the Services or any part thereof. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the Platform through your Internet connection are aware of these Terms and that they comply with them.
2.3 Certain Services may have additional terms and policies that apply, such as specific event policies or promotional terms. These additional terms will be provided to you in connection with the relevant Services and will be considered part of the Terms for those specific Services.
2.4 Yeebah may update the Terms related to the Services periodically. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on this Platform. Your continued access or use of the Services after such updates constitutes your consent to be bound by the amended Terms.
3. Platform and Services
3.1 Yeebah offers Services that enable transactions between Merchants and Drivers, or Requesters and Drivers. The Merchants or Requesters will use the Platform to arrange for and schedule transportation with the Drivers to pick-up and deliver products to their customer’s home or any location as specified by them(“Transaction”). Yeebah is merely acting as an intermediary between the Merchants or Requestors and Drivers. It does not exercise any control over them and relationship between them and Yeebah is not of an agent and principal or employer and employee. Yeebah does not sell or interfere in any way in the production of any goods or services produced/delivered by the Merchants or Requesters. It will be entirely up to the Merchants and Requesters to select any Driver as presented on the Platform.
3.2 Yeebah does not make any representation or warranty regarding any aspect of Services being provided on the Platform, included but not limited to any unsatisfactory or non-performance of Services, or damages, delays, or any kind of loss resulting from the Transaction as occurred between the Parties using the Platform. The Merchants and the Drivers have a responsibility to adhere to Bahrain’s applicable laws, regulations, rules, and standards concerning the preparation, sale, marketing, delivery and safety of goods and services. All terms of the pick-up and delivery services shall be determined independently between the Parties and Yeebah has nothing to do with them. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YEEBAH DOES NOT PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES OR FUNCTION AS A TRANSPORTATION CARRIER AND THAT ALL SUCH TRANSPORTATION OR LOGISTICS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT DRIVERS WHO ARE NOT EMPLOYED BY YEEBAH OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES.
3.3 However, it is essential for Users to be aware that Yeebah does not independently verify the credentials, claims, or products of Merchants and Requesters, including the ingredients or quality of any products, nor do we guarantee that a Merchant or Requester is in compliance with relevant laws. Users must rely on the information provided by Parties on the Platform or directly request information from them themselves to assess the quality, reliability, and compliance with applicable laws.
3.4 We retain the right, although we are not obligated, to limit or restrict the access of the Platform to specific individuals, geographic regions, or jurisdictions. Due to certain legal considerations in Bahrain, certain goods or restricted items cannot be offered for sale as detailed more below (Clause 21). Any such Transaction of such goods made via the Platform becomes null and void if it violates the law. However, Yeebah has no way of checking what is being sold or exchanged and this is a notice intimating the Parties that they should refrain from selling/exchanging such prohibited goods. Yeebah will not be responsible for any consequences if they choose to do so.
3.5 Yeebah reserves the right to amend , alter these Terms without prior intimation and it is your responsibility as a User of the Platform to periodically check for any updates of the Terms , through the link (https://yeebah.net/landing/terms-conditions.html). It is imperative that you review our Privacy Policy (https://yeebah.net/landing/privacy.html) to learn more about how Yeebah uses the information provided to us by Platform Users.
3.6 We warrant that the Services on the Platform shall be performed using reasonable care and skill.
4. Eligibility
4.1 Persons who are “incompetent to contract” within the meaning of the Bahrain Civil Code are not eligible to use/access the Platform.
4.2 However, if you are a minor, i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use/access the Platform under the supervision of an adult parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. You are however prohibited (even under supervision) from purchasing/selling any product(s) which is for adult consumption, the sale/purchase of which to minors is prohibited.
5. User Obligations
5.1 You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations as relevant to this Platform, including health and safety laws, when using the Services.
5.2 Provide accurate, complete and true information to Yeebah, updating it as needed.
5.3 Review and follow all notices sent by Yeebah regarding use of Platform.
5.4 Use the Platform only for legitimate purposes, avoiding illegal activities or banned goods as per law.
5.5 Refrain from using the Platform for terrorism, money laundering, or any harmful or harassing activities.
5.6 Agree to store Transaction information and share it within the Platform or with authorities when necessary.
5.7 Not interfere with the smooth operation of the Platform by indulging in any activity that will be or become cause of disruption of Services.
5.8 Avoid any actions that could harm the Platform, its Services or cause any inconvenience or nuisance to its Users or use it for any offensive activity which is against public policy or contrary to the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain.
5.9 You shall not copy or distribute Platform content without written permission from Yeebah.
5.10 Maintain the confidentiality of your password and other account access details. You will be solely responsible for any losses which may arise from any misinformation or inadequate information (eg. forgetting the password). You agree to notify us forthwith if you become aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any password, username, IP address or other methods of accessing the Platform or the Service.
5.11 Provide identification information to a designated Yeebah representative when requested.
5.12 Acknowledge Yeebah's right to refuse Service at its discretion without explanation.
5.13 You will be responsible for sharing any kind of personal or professional information with anyone on this Platform and Yeebah will not be held liable for any misappropriation of this information shared.
5.14 You will not tamper with the software of the Platform or cause any kind of harm or damage to it in any way by interrupting, exploiting, destroying or limiting the access or use of the Platform.
5.15 You will hold any information received of any party as confidential and not expropriate any data or personal information.
5.16 You will not make any negative, denigrating or defamatory statement or comment about us that could be damaging to the Company anywhere.
5.17 You will only use the Platform for its core purpose as mentioned above and not use it for any other purpose other than availing the Services.
5.18 You acknowledge and agree that Yeebah has all the right to take necessary action and claim damages that may occur due to your infringement of any of the terms mentioned here.
5.19 By agreeing to these Terms you agree to receive promotional or transactional communication from the Company and its partners. You can opt out from such communication either by contacting the customer services team of Yeebah at support@yeebah.net or by placing a request for the same.

6. How the Service Works
6.1 MERCHANTS/REQUESTER: The Merchant or the Requester will open the Application, enter the location of collection, location of delivery, type of product, kind of vehicle, date and time of pickup then the Application will look for the available Drivers on the Platform and the App will send the Merchant/Requester the Driver who accepted the request.
6.2 DRIVERS: The Driver will receive a push notification on the App for the Service which he may accept or reject.
7. Payments
7.1 All payment for the Transaction is to be made directly between the Parties using the Services. Yeebah is not providing any payment integration mechanism on its Platform by virtue of which payment can be made. Therefore, it is solely the Users’ responsibility to determine the payment and receive it between themselves.
7.2 Yeebah will not be responsible or liable for any default in payment for the Transaction as occurred between the Users.
7.3 Yeebah has the right to revise the Payment structure later on. You will be given advanced notice of such revision on the Application. You may accept or reject the revision. A rejection will therefore cancel your registration on the effective date of the payment revision.
8. Cancellations
8.1 The Merchant or the Requester can cancel till the Driver accepts the request made. However, once the Driver accepts the request then the Merchant or the Requester cannot cancel and will be obliged to pay the Driver fee to the Driver.
8.2 Yeebah shall not be liable for any cancellations or delays. It is upto the Parties to resolve it.
9. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

- Any Transactions or relationships between you and any other party, even if we were aware of the potential for such damages.

10.1 Both Parties agree to keep each other's confidential information confidential, including but not limited to information concerning business operations, affairs, customers, clients, and suppliers. This confidentiality obligation will survive even after termination.

12. Intellectual Property
12.1 All trademarks, logos, images, and service marks, including these Terms as displayed on the Platform or in our marketing material are the Intellectual Property of Yeebah (collectively the “Intellectual Property”).
12.2 All Intellectual Property rights in or arising from the Services and the Platform are and remain our exclusive property. You may not reproduce the Services or any trademarks or trade names appearing within them without our express written permission, except as specifically permitted by us.
12.3 Your display of any material on the Platform is purely your own and Yeebah does not give any representation or warranty for them.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Yeebah:Without limiting other rights, Yeebah may immediately suspend the Services or terminate this Agreement without written notice if Yeebah in its sole discretion finds:
13.2 Termination by You:You have the option of deleting your account on our App by contacting our support team at support@yeebah.net. Once we complete deleting your account, we will send a confirmation email. However, kindly note that if you have any pending Transaction or outstanding payment then you will be unable to delete the account till that is complete. Once you delete your account your data will also be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.
13.3 Accrued Rights and Remedies:Contract termination does not affect any accrued rights or remedies of either Party as of the termination date.
13.4 Where appropriate, Yeebah will give you the opportunity to state your position, before any termination, suspension or deletion of your account.
13.5 Account Termination
If you no longer wish to use our Services, or if we terminate your account for any reason, here's what you need to know.
You can delete your account at any time by logging into the App, going to the "Settings" tab, and selecting "Account" and following the instructions to terminate your account. However, you will need to cancel / manage any Third Party Service Purchases through your Third Party Service Account (e.g., iTunes, Google Play) to avoid additional billing.
14. Non-Solicitation
During the period that you are availing Services on our Platform and six months following the termination of this Agreement, you agree not to directly or indirectly solicit services competitive with our Services from any of our directors, employees, or consultants, whether as full-time employees or freelance contractors.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 We are not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under this Agreement, provided such failure or delay is caused by an unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

15.3 Cancellation:If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than seven days, you may cancel the affected Agreement by requesting to delete your User account through our support email support@yeebah.net and deleting the App from your device.

16.3. Rating System:After each Transaction the Merchant/ Requester will have the option to rate the Driver. This will help us maintain the record for the Drivers as their performance indicator.

16.5. Ownership:All reviews submitted to the Platform become the exclusive property of Yeebah. We reserve the right to use, reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, and/or distribute all materials relating to reviews for any purpose whatsoever without restriction, without any obligation to compensate the author or any other party.
17. Notices
If we have to give written notice, then we may either send an SMS or WhatsApp message on the phone number that you provided at the time of registration, or we may write an email at the address provided by you.
19. Waiver and Severability
19.1 Overlooking certain obligations or delays in enforcing our rights against you does not imply a waiver of our rights. For any waiver to be valid, it must be in writing.
19.2 If any part of these Terms is or becomes illegal, invalid, or can't be enforced for any reason, that part will be removed from these Terms and the rest of the Terms will still be valid and enforceable. No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any provision.

22. Assignment
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement to another entity but will always notify about it on our Platform.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over this Agreement. In the event of a dispute, claim or disagreement which cannot be resolved amicably between us, it is agreed that it shall be resolved according to the procedure as mentioned in Clause 11 above. However, if the Parties fail to resolve the dispute despite it then either Party shall be at liberty to bring legal proceedings in the courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and aim to provide excellent service. Therefore, only delivery/transportation fees are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
- Unjustified delivery delay: When the delivery time significantly exceeds the agreed timeframe without prior notice.
- Driver no-show: If the driver fails to show up for pickup or delivery after confirmation, and no reasonable communication is made.
- Product damage caused by delivery: If the item is clearly damaged due to mishandling during delivery, transportation fees only will be refunded (not product value).
- Wrong delivery: If the order is delivered to the wrong address or person.
Order Cancellation:
- If canceled after the driver arrives at the pickup location and full payment is made: Only 50% of the delivery fee will be refunded.
- If canceled before the driver is dispatched: Full delivery fee will be refunded.
Important Notes:
- Product prices are not covered by the refund; only transportation/delivery charges are refundable.
- Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
- Evidence (e.g., photos) may be required to support the request.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
